Warranty
The warranty beneficiary is the original authorized purchasing agent who makes purchases through Birttani Display Inc. The authorized purchasing agent or dealer is defined as the individual or company that purchases the product as the first owner.
Birttani Display Inc. warrants all genuine products against defects in materials and workmanship when properly assembled and used.
Warranty exclusions
This warranty does not apply if the product or any associated equipment:
- Has been altered by users or any unauthorized party,
- Has not been installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with provided instructions,
- Has been subjected to abnormal physical misuse, negligence, or accident,
- Is used for testing or demonstration purposes for which a purchase price is not charged
- Defects are caused by force majeure (e.g., lightning, floods, war), soiling, extraordinary environmental influences, or other circumstances for which Birttani Display Inc. is not responsible.
